Who does or did your tattoos? Mike Higgins, Will Hatchell, Davy Sheets, & Josh Stephens.(RVA) So far it has been really good friends of mine who work up at rocksteady tattoo in Hampton, VA. The place is awesome, one of the best shops I have ever step foot in, if you get the chance to get tattooed in VA, you should and need to visit their shop!
